At Bhavyamrit, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

No Return Policy

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all products sold on our website are non-returnable. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced unless it falls under the exceptions mentioned below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing from your order.
  • The package is significantly damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  • Share your order number and contact details.

Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information before approving the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Product does not meet personal expectations.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Delay caused by courier services beyond our control.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Requests made after the specified reporting period.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
